Bronkogenic cysts are congenital and they have a higher ratio among primary mediastinal cysts. They are usually localized in mediastinum and/or pulmonary parenchyma. Their extrathoracic and multiple location is seen very rarely. They may show malignant transformation in time although they are benign. Contralateral transdiaphragmatic "Dumbbell Type" broncogenic cyst is presented here with the data in literature.
