Four patient were diagnosed es having congenital pulmonary anomaly between 1991-1993. Two patients had absence of the right lung and in the other 2 tracheal bronchus was diagnosed. One of the tracheal bronchus cases who was spmptomatic received resiction of tracheal bronchus.

In this article congenital pulmonary anomalies and their treatment protocols were evaluated.
