Three different patients aged between 45 and 56 years underwent mechanic heart valve replacement in aortic or mitral position with different types of mechanic heart valves in our clinic. Meanwhile patients were not continued routine controls and dial not take anticoagulant therapy. Lastly they admitted to our outpatients clinic with non-cardiac complaints. In echocardiographic and cinefloroscopic examination functions of mechanical heart valves were normal in all. And blood tests for coagulative functions were also in normal ranges in all too.
