Several techniques have been used to reconstruc the endarterectomized arteries. Saphenous vein, IMA artery itself was used as the patch material. Atrerial grafts have been shown to remain patent even in the presence of negligible forward flow. The patient who admitted to the hospital with unstable angina pectoris underwent to the coronary angiography. During the operation diffuse LAD disease was reconstructed by using radial artery as a tube graft. The end to end anostomosis was performed between the mamary artery and radial artery. In this case report this new patchplasty technique is being presented.
