A 36-year-old male patient was admitted to the emergency department complaining of left hand pain and bruising. The first physical examination in the emergency department revealed cyanosis on the fingers of the left hand and swelling was observed over the ulnar artery trace, in the left wrist and in the hypothenar area. His medical history revealed that he had fallen on his left hand playing basketball five years ago, resulting in an outstretching in his wrist and this swelling. Doppler ultrasound and magnetic resonance angiography revealed left ulnar artery pseudoaneurysm formations of 31x19 mm and 31x22 mm in size. Under left axillary blockage, organized thrombus was extirpated from the anurysmal sac. End-to-end anastomosis of left ulnar artery was performed intraoperatively. Left ulnar artery blood flow was reinstituted after the anastomosis.
