Our goal is to evaluale our second biological heart valve prosthesis İn our own pıılse duplica tor system.

Pressure measurements were made in our second biological aortic valve size 21. All the pul satile flow experiments were conducted in the Marmara Research Center pulse duplicator system. The pıılsatile flow pressures were measured with transducers, interfaced to bridge amplifiers and Motorola System 4000.

Second biological aort valve prosthesis is similar to the natural aortic valve in systolic function the dosing volume is little more than the natural valve.

Our studies are continuing to diminish the closing volume and to find the ideal preservation sohıtion for the pericardium.
