Papillary fibroelastomas are the third most common
cardiac tumors after myxoma and lipoma. Papillary
fibroelastoma is the most common tumors located on
cardiac valves. Papillary fibroelastomas are commonly
located on aortic and mitral valves. Asymptomatic
papillary fibroelastoma on tricuspid valve is extremely
rare. In this article, we report a 75-year-old female patient
with 1x1.5x1 cm sized papillary fibroelastoma on septal
leaflets of tricuspid valve.
