Takayashu arteritis is a systemic inflamatuary disease which affects aorta and its mains branches with other arteries and thought to be otoimmune in origin. The clinic signs are related to the arteries affected. This manuscript involves a case of Takayashu arteritis which was accomplished with coronary artery-pulmonary artery fistula and abnormality of renal arteries as the first case report in the literature.
