We report a 61 year old male patient with dissection of the saphenous vein graft on coronary angiogram who had undergone two vessels coronary artery bypass graft seven years ago, with left internal mammarial artery to left anterior descending coronary artery and saphenous vein graft to right coronary artery. For the last one and half month, he sustained angina pectoris. Coronary angiogram revealed a dissection of the saphenous vein graft at the mid-portion. His anginal symptoms couldn’t be controlled despite maximal medical theraphy for two weeks. On repeat coronary angiogram, the dissection was found to be persisted and balloon angioplasty was performed for predilatation followed with implantation of a 3,5 mm diameter and 26 mm length Jo stent. Anginal symptoms of the patient rapidly resolved.
