Extremity and multiorgan injuries after crush syndrome necessitate emergent evaluation and surgical procedures, After 17 August Marmara earthquake, 630 patients admitted to our hospital in a burst. Many different surgical procedures performed for 146 patıents. These procedures were 92 fasciotomies for compartment syndrome, 3 femoral artery repairment and 5 extremity amputations. After all these surgical procedures 51 patients were taken to HBO therapy. Urgently patient evaluation and then after appropriate vascular surgical procedures and fascitomy for necessary cases and also HBO therapy for convenient patients after crush injuries,especially after earthquakes has life and extremity saving importance.
