After the arterial switch operations have been
performed for the transposition of the great arteries
(TGA), coronary artery patterns that were only
academically considered before, have become an
important issue for surgeons. Today, non of these
pattern is a contrindication for arterial switch
operation. Here a TGA case who had arterial switch
operation showing a coronary artery patern with
three different origins is reported.
