The postoperative histopathologic examination of the
patient who was operated with the preliminary diagnosis
of intrathoracic extrapulmonary chest wall tumor was
reported as an infiltrative angiolipoma. In this article,
we present a 35-year-old female case with an infiltrating
angiolipoma, as no similar case is present in the literature
and we think it is rarely seen.
