Bronchogenic Cysts - Two Unusual Cases

Bronchogenical cysts are conenital abnormalities of the bronchial tree-and may be mediastinal or intrapulnıonary in location. The first case, 7 years old boy, was operated for respiratory com promise due to cystic compression. Three cysts were resected at diffirent locations wilthin right lıng with success but reoperation was necessary in the following year because of a new cyst in another location. The second case, 24 years old-man, operated on for a cystic disease with superim posed infection. On exploration, a systemic arterial supply to normal basilary segments of left lower lobe was also found and divided. Left lower lobectomy was performed. Operative- indica tion should be considered when symptoms exist
