Aortobronchial fistula is a rarely encountered complication after the coarctation repairs. That is fatal if not urgently diagnosed and repaired. We report a case an aortobronchial fistula associated with a interposition of a tubuler graft used to repair coarcation of the aorta seventeen years earlier in 10 year old.
