The most common deformity of congenital anterior part in thorax wall is pectus excavatum. This anomaly is seen together with additional congenital cardiac defects (0.8% to 1.5%). Secundum atrial septal defect is the most common congenital heart disease seen in adults with the third highest rate of incidence among these. In this study, combined operation including Ravitch technique + primer repair of secundum ASD applied to 19 year-old patient with diagnosis of pectus excavatum + secundum ASD was discussed. The combined technique can be performed in complex cases.
