Pulmonary aspergilloma is a disease that usually progresses on a chronic base. It is too difficult to give an operation decision. The ratio of the cavitation and relapse is very high although it can be controlled via antifungal therapy in leukemic patients. Surgical resection is an effective method to prevent relapse in these patients. We report a case with acute nonlymphoeytic leukemia in whom an aspergilloma developed.
