After blunt thoracic trauma, pulmonary contusion and intrapulmonary hemorrhage can be seen frequently. But traumatic lung pseudocyst and herniation is an extremely uncommon complication to related the trauma. In these cases conservative management is usually enough, but sometimes they are needed surgical management. We purpose to report traumatic lung pseudocyst from chest wall because of an interesting complication can be seen infrequently.
