190 fibreoptic bronchoscopy through laryngeal mask airway have been performed in our department since 1992. This method allowed direct visualisation of the airways during spontaneous respiration and assess airway dynamics. It has enabled bronchoalveolar lavage and bronchography to be performed in children as young as 6 months and endobronchial brush in children as young as 9 months.
Turkish Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery published orginal papers on topics in cardiovascular surgery, cardiovascular anesthesia,cardiology and thoracic surgery.
