Kawasaki syndrome is a rarely encountered disease in Turkey. In this report, we presented a case with Kawasaki Syndrome whose aneurysmal dilatations of the coronary arteries were demonstrated by twa-dimensional echocardiagraphy and verified by angiocardiography and a brief review at the literature. To our knowledge, this is the first case of Kawasaki Syndrome in Turkey in whom coronary artery aneuryms are demonstrated.
