Myxomas are rare primary cardiac tumors of the childhood. A child with left atrial myxoma admitted to our instituion with neurological symptoms; syncope and left hemiparesis. In acute cerebrovascular accidents cardiological evaluation especially with echocardiography plays an important role in explaining the etiology in childhood.
