Studies that are made in preventing damage after associated with ischemia and reperffuzion are incereasing rapidly. The highness of mortality and morbidity proportion which free oxygen radicals causes during reperffusion and the treatment of ischemia and the patologic changes because of ischmea, itself have concentrated on studies of free oxygen radials.
In this study, the aim is to expound the histologic and biochemical effects of Aprotinin which is a proteaz enzyme inhibitory, on the rabit skeleton muscle in reperfusion, and to compare with the effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) which of their radical scavenger effects were proved experimantally.
