Behçet’s disease is a multiorgan vasculitis in which the etiology remains unknown. While vascular involment is reported 7.7 % to 38%, venous involvement is more common than the arterial one. Large artery involvement in Behçet’s disease is around 1.5% to 2.2%. Thrombosis of peripheral or deep veins is reported in 6% to 25% of the patients. Involvement of coronary arteries is very rare while abdominal aorta, pulmonary artery and femoral arteries are more commonly involved arteries. We report 2 cases of coronary artery aneurysm plus abdominal aorta aneurysm with Behçet’s disease. For both two cases coronary artery bypass operation was performed as a first stage and abdominal aorta aneurysm repair performed after 3 months. We recommend two stage surgical treatment with wrapping the anasthmosis sides with Dacron patch and effective medical treatment following surgery for such cases.
