Coarctation of the aorta is a disease that is frequently repaired in childhood. On the other hand, it can also be seen in adulthood. It rarely coexists with other cardiovascular diseases. In this paper, we are presenting a patient who is operated for severe mitral valve stenosis and coarctation of the aorta simultaneously.
